AMCAT is an automated assessment adopted by the world to measure the job skills of a candidate. The job skills include Communication skills, logical and reasoning skills, quantitative skills, and job-specific domain skills. The AMCAT test makes the recruiter's job easy by filtering the efficient candidate, thus reducing the bad hires, hiring time, cost and effort.
AMCAT test consists of sections varying according to your profile and the education background. There are a few modules compulsory for everyone i.e. language and aptitude modules, whereas the rest is optional depending on your educational backgroud. During the test, the candidate will be given an option to select from any domain specific modules. It is recommended that the candidate goes through the module description and job benefits with rescept to the modules before you take the AMCAT. The choice of modules you take increases your job oppurtunities, for example, if you chose programming module, you will be visible to more IT companies whereas taking a HR module will help you find HR profiles. It is best for you to look at the modules and the job profiles to decide which module should be left to optional.
